Nokia
The Nokia Entertainment social marketing programme has one simple ambition: to make people love Nokia music services as much as they love Nokia.
We created a global, English language social marketing programme to take Nokia into this space. Built around a music community management team working across Twitter, the blog and Facebook, the programme has three core elements:
- a participation calendar (in 30+ entertainment communities)
- conversation starters and creative activations
- advocate outreach
Since launch, we’ve run over 60 conversation starters, ranging from small Twitter activations to the global Rihanna Live event. We’ve reached over 12m people, started 5% of ALL global conversation around Nokia Music and made tens of thousands of people fans of Nokia Music. We even created a campaign that was 200 times more effective than a direct competitor’s!
