This is a print campaign we created for the UK launch of American TV channel, PBS.
Whereas many U.S. TV channels air content that is sensationalist, shallow and dare we say it, mindless, PBS stands out as a genuinely smart and informative broadcaster, producing quality programmes for an intelligent audience.
And it was this point of difference we focused on with our communication.
We wrote headlines around this and art directed them in a graphic, intelligent and striking style that conveyed the confidence & heritage of the brand while also giving the campaign instant standout and memorability.
Both we and the client are really happy with the result. Strong work for a strong TV channel. And there’s more in the pipeline, so watch this space (when you’re not watching Sky 166 or Virgin Media 243 from November 1st. Sorry, shameless plug).
